Purchases are sent out via Royal Mail Recorded First Class Post, depending on size and contents.

 We are not responsible for the item once posted.  Unless offered with the item, registered post or insurance must be requested by buyer.  However, should an item go missing or be damaged we will be glad to help you solve the problem.

Purchases are insured in transit up to £50. Please contact us if you require additional insurance.

We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

 PAYMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Please note we only accept payment by PAYPAL for international purchases.

 REFUNDS

Goods will only be eligible for a refund (excluding postage and packing and re-stocking charge where applicable) if :-
- we are notified of any items to be reurned within 7 days of purchase

- returned within 5 days of delivery of notification
- unused and unsoiled
- in their original packaging

Please ensure returns are adequately packaged 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office as we are not responsible for any loss or damage of returns parcels.

Refunds cannot be made before the goods are received and checked by us.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund (including postage and packing) or replacement.
